Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept size/color exchanges. Once items are returned. Select a different product or selection the customer will need to submit a NEW order. If products arrive damaged or defective, customer can request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof will be required. Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe. All returns will be paid by customer as everything is made to order. All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase and product must have tags attached and unused.
